Aaargh!! There is that person at work or living next door, with whom you just cannot get on – no matter how hard you try. Why can’t it be easy? Most of the rest of your team or your neighbours, no matter how diverse their outlook on life, are so much more relatable.
This is a classic problem for people at work, in social or sports clubs, and in many different walks of life. But in spite of its repetitive appearance in our lives, the issue boils down to a relatively simple concept: people tend to be one essential type within a range of personalities.
